Rodeo Goldmine and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all event listings, event data, aggregated data compilations, scraper technology, data pipeline architecture, source relationships, software code, design, text, graphics, logos, and the selection and arrangement thereof — are owned exclusively by Rodeo Goldmine and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The name Rodeo Goldmine, the Rodeo Goldmine logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are proprietary marks of Rodeo Goldmine. You must not use such marks without prior written permission.

The unique selection, coordination, and arrangement of event data on this Site constitutes an original work of authorship protected under 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq. Even where individual facts may be in the public domain, the compilation as a whole is protected.
Trade Secrets

- The network of 100+ data sources, scraper configurations, and source relationships
- The methodology for identifying, collecting, normalizing, and publishing rodeo event data at scale
- The software code, algorithms, and automation systems used to operate the platform
- Business relationships with event organizers, associations, and data sources
Any unauthorized access to, copying of, reverse engineering of, or use of these trade secrets is strictly prohibited and may result in significant civil liability and criminal prosecution.
Prohibition on Scraping & Data Mining
You expressly agree that you will NOT, without the prior written consent of Rodeo Goldmine:
- Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access, collect, copy, or monitor the Site or any content or data on the Site
- Use any data mining, data harvesting, data extraction, or similar data gathering methods on the Site
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, resell, or distribute any event listings, event data, or other content from the Site in any form
- Use the Site or any content obtained from the Site to build, develop, or operate a competing product or service, or to assist any third party in doing so
- Systematically download or store event listings or other data from the Site for any commercial purpose
- Frame or mirror any portion of the Site without express written consent
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to operate the Site
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site
Violation of these prohibitions may cause irreparable harm to Rodeo Goldmine for which monetary damages would be inadequate. Rodeo Goldmine shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, in addition to all other remedies available at law or in equity, without the requirement of posting bond or other security.
Computer Fraud and Abuse
Unauthorized access to or use of this Site's systems, data, or technology may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030), the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and other applicable federal and state laws. Rodeo Goldmine actively monitors for unauthorized access and reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against violators.
Enforcement
Rodeo Goldmine actively enforces its intellectual property rights. If you believe your rights have been infringed upon by a third party using Rodeo Goldmine's content or technology, or if you have questions about permitted uses, please contact us.
Rodeo Goldmine reserves the right to seek all available remedies in law and equity for any violation of these protections, including but not limited to injunctive relief, actual damages, statutory damages, disgorgement of profits, and attorneys' fees.
